oneHOTspot Hot Yoga Studio sits in the middle of Lund, less than 700meters from Lund's iconic landmark Dom Cathedral.
Cobble stone streets, charming and absolutely breath taking Lund is founded since 990.
Our studio is the first heated space in Lund. We offer daily yoga classes all year around EXCEPT on every New Year's Day.
We offer variety of physical yoga classes, we also offer holistic treatment like Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage.
As Sweden slows down in the summer we take our mat yoga practice outdoors,
Lund's Botanical Gardens or up in the Åsens around Österlen or Stadsparken.
The studio offers a wellness oasis in the middle of town, where time sit still and stress free, it's like coming home!

When it comes to eco living, we are grateful to be in Sweden.
Sweden or Scandinavia for that matter have been in the lead in the environmetal concerns and issues. Sweden probably has one of the strictest building policy in the world, FYI there's no high risk toxic components used to build the studio.
The environment is our main focus, we are very concern and we are well aware on how much energy it takes to run a hot yoga studio so we do everything we can to reuse,reduce & help to recover the planet.
Small steps goes a long way.

- NO PLASTIC - we do not encourage any use of plastics at the studio especially in the hotrrom ie. we don't sell plastic water bottle, sell pvc mat, use any plastic in and out decor or eveyday use
- UPCYCLE - most of our studio furniture are upcycled
- RECYCLE OF WASTE - all our waste bins are sorted after each waste material, most of the products we sell are of environmentally sourced, we also donate our unclaimed lost & found items to various charity organisation.
- ENERGY SMART - we try our best to compensate carbon print, most of our staff & students bike,walk or commute with public transport
