First time in a hotroom?

Come with an open mind and an acceptance of where your state of mind & body is
Hydrate yourself a day before class

This is a physical yoga class
The classes we offer are heated, it ranges between 30° - 40°
Towel & Mat rental available for 25kr each or rent BOTH for 40kr
Our changing room comes with shower for both men & women organic all purpose shampoo is also available for use
Please inform us if you have any injuries recent and previous
Our teachers are certified yoga teachers, we are here to offer you the best experience in the hotroom - DON'T BE A STRANGER, come & talk to us
Vi pratar Svenska but we offer classes in English
Lastly have the highest compassion for yourself & BREATHE, it's just yoga!

Intention: To create a respectful & positive experience for all yogis

Please remove your shoes and store them on the shoe shelf as you enter.
Please turn off your cell phone in the studio. There are absolutely no cell phones or mobile devices permitted in the practice room.
Sign in at the front desk before proceeding to changing rooms.
Please respect the silence in the room at all times. This is our chance to relax and take a break from our busy schedules.
Please be scent-free: no perfumes, colognes, or fragrances.
Please leave bags and personal belongings in changing areas.
Please remain in the practice room for the duration of your class, including final “Savasana”.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Sorry, latecomers will not be permitted.
Please be mindful to cancel in time so that others who wish to practice have a spot to practice.
*BOOKING SUSPENSION PENALTY (booking rights will be suspend for 14 days) will be applied for NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL on a full class.
*Penalty is not applied for 6.30 & 7.00 class
