CHICKPEA PANCAKE + WALNUT CRUMBLESpancake
1dl Chickpea flour 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Soda 1 dl water 1 pinch of salt mix all in a bowl until smooth, let it sit 5 - 10mins crumbles 1/2 dl walnuts (raw) 1 seedless date maple syrup to drizzle blend in a mixer into crumbs HOW TO medium heat pan, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, pour in the batter, cook for 3 - 5mins fold & serve the crumble on top extras - maple syrup & coconut oil
