I don’t like BANANAS & probably why i am not into Smoothie Bowls.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I dont eat/drink ice cold foods or blend them however boundaries are meant to be stretched.
I LOVE cornflakes - I grew up eating them - I will eat them morning, noon and night ... anytime & all the time.
I make them in cookies, pie crumbles and in hot drinks ... I KNOW.
So I thought lets make a bowl of Crown Chakra inspired breakfast so I can make better choices.
1.5 dl Blueberries
1dl Vegan Mylk
Blend until smooth
2 tbsp Walnut crumbles (walnuts & date)
1 tbsp Greek/Vegan Yoghurt
Pour it all in & make it PRETTY AF
CHICKPEA PANCAKE + WALNUT CRUMBLES
1dl Chickpea flour
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
1 dl water
1 pinch of salt
mix all in a bowl until smooth, let it sit 5 - 10mins
1/2 dl walnuts (raw)
1 seedless date
maple syrup to drizzle
blend in a mixer into crumbs
medium heat pan, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, pour in the batter, cook for 3 - 5mins
fold & serve the crumble on top
