WHY 40?
It takes 20 days to break a habit & 20 to stick a new habit. 40 is really a magic number when it comes to creating a habitual pattern that sticks. In this challenge I am focusing on get you all back on track with your practice on your mat so we can build bodies & minds that are happy and healthy. Doing it together as a community is really cool, we can support each, create a self care environment where all is at ease without any interruptions. There is an incentive at the end of this 40day journey, upon completion you will snatch a 30day FREE YOGA (valid until Nov 1) where you can enjoy or help sponsor somebody who you think might benefit from yoga. Giving something away that you worked hard for makes that extra little difference, that little knuff/push to include your love ones to join your happy sweaty healthy wagon. what are the rules? to practice physical yoga for 40 classes in 40 days at the studio, no skip & no doubles. all classes are valid EXCEPT for MEDITATION classes is not valid. i have a autopay or annual member, do i have to pay? if you want to win the 30day FREE YOGA, yes! 900kr or you can to partake & do your own race - FREE YOGA w2ill not be valid for you. if i win, who can i give my 30day free yoga to? anyone you like & remember you can also keep for yourself. this give has to be used latest Nov 1st will there be plans workshops / events ? there will be many self care/special masterclasses, workshops where you can join free of charge when does it start?
