Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice.
Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia.
All poses are seated or reclined.
The slower nature of this practice is often described as a "moving meditation". A great compliment to your regular practice.
Great for cyclists, runners or anyone with extra tight muscles or need some extra help with reducing stress or anxiety.

Muscles wear & tear and it needs to repair itself back & it can, we just have to allow healing to happen.
Sometimes you’ve just got to slow everything right down.
When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind.
Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.
Poses like Child’s Pose, Legs-Up-the-Wall, and Savasana must be held for at least a few minutes, and you can stay in place for up to 15 minutes using bolsters, pillows, straps, blocks, etc. to support your body in a full, long, and comfortable stretch.
