Get ready to RUN #lundaloppet2018 with Erin. Step off your mat every Tuesday starting 3rd APRIL from 17:30-19:00 to train with Erin. Each training session will help you to improve your running form, improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen your muscles and fall in love with the rhythm of your footsteps and RUN! We will train for flat surfaces, running uphill and downhill...ahhh downhill :-) and prepare mentally for Lundaloppet Race Day!
Erin has a background in running and has logged thousands of training hours. She ran competitively for her University on the Track and Field Team as well as on the Cross-Country Team. Currently Erin is into spending many hours on the trails and visiting mountains as she runs ultramarathons...that is when she is not on her yoga mat ;-)

This 6 week course is for everyone who has been practicing yoga for at least a few weeks and who wants their practice to progress. With this 6 week course you will receive a lot of attention and instruction from the teacher.
This course takes you through the main postures used in our ONE series and breaks down each posture into its fundamental movement and alignment elements. This course teaches you how to connect with your breath to strengthen your practice. You will learn different pranayama techniques and be challenged to make yoga a consistent practice in your daily life.

The introduction to yoga course is an 8 week program containing a total of 16 private group classes plus an additional 3 Master Class workshops.
All of the classes are tailored to fit the needs of the participants. The introduction to yoga course is open to those who are new to yoga.
We provide a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere for you to learn the basics of yoga. You will learn the set series of postures we use in many of our yoga classes. You will receive instruction on basic body movement and alignment, breath work and meditation. The classes will introduce basic modifications for each pose so that you can find stability within each pose and feel comfortable within your practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with your teacher and receive ample feedback on your yoga postures. This course will provide you with a foundation to continue to build on in our regular drop in classes.
The classes will begin with a low heat and slowly introduce you to the hot yoga room experience.
Mat and towel rental are included in the price.
