That is why "WE" (Hanna & Nikki) would like to invite you a workshop Savour & Slow Down
Two hours of a merger between physical yoga, psychology and ayurveda. You will explore your patterns and your breath and learn more about the physical as well as the physiological aspects of stress. Self intervention against stress and learn new tools of how you can translate your yoga mat practice into your every day life, in order to prevent stress and stress related illness.
WE are offering you the practice of pranayamas, slow restorative postures that will aid you through this process. We will end this workshop with the idea of Digestion both for physical & mental, to make this practice a whole experience.
