The introduction to yoga course is open to those who are new to yoga. We provide a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere for you to learn the basics of yoga. You will learn the set series of postures we use in many of our yoga classes. You will receive instruction on basic body movement, alignment, breath work and meditation. The classes will introduce modifications for each posture so that you can find stability within each pose and feel comfortable within your practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with your teacher and receive ample feedback on you yoga postures. This course will provide you with a foundation to continue to build on in our regular classes.
The classes will begin with a low heat and slowly introduce you to the hot yoga room experience.
