I have been teaching a lot lately, I absolutely enjoy it.
It's tough but when you work with your passion then it's not really work is it?
Lately the studio have been welcoming familiar faces back into our little hot home, it's been awhile and I am so lucky to have all of you back in action again.
Whatever the reasons were, I welcome you all with open arms.
Summer also is a season with a lot of expectation it depending on weather, meet ups, renovation, sometimes things don't go as you planned therefore, frustration and anxiety creeps up.
Breathe, take time to sit, quiet the body.

All things will pass. That's a promise.

I am so excited to start 8 Sundays of peace.
I have been thinking about it since I open the studio, I worked for awhile and then it dieded but it is always ready to be revive.
It has been a ride, it opens up all of stuff for me personally, how my practice have saved me from falling deeper in my old patterns.
Just like anyone, I too have my stories and lingered and followed me around like a shadow.
My insecurities, my fears and lack of confident in my work, you know the whole kaboom - I have it all, I am no exception.
Meditation practice have allowed me to sit and be still and observe and watch my thoughts and reflect deeply.
My actions causes reactions - I know that , you know that but why can't make space and reflect spontaneously before I launch words into and out of my mouth?
Here's where meditation comes in play - Meditation is a medium that allows you to create and maintain a space where all is calm, sharp & lucid.
We all need to have that space.
We all need to meditate.
